ERA Home Warranty Seller Protection Plan

Sell your home with confidence. With so many homes for sale in today’s real estate market, you need a competitive edge.  A home warranty gives you just that.  An independent study shows that homes listed with a home warranty have a better chance of selling, sell faster, and sell for more money. Plus with the ERA Home Protection Plan, coverage for repairs and replacement is provided on covered systems and appliances for the Seller.  This seller coverage is effective during the listing period for up to 180 days, with one low deductible per service call.
